Maddie Ostergaard
(She/Her/Hers)
Maddie is a recent graduate of East West College of the Healing Arts, where she trained in a blend of Eastern and Western healing modalities. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Physical Activity and Health with a concentration in Exercise Science. Her background in collegiate soccer and movement continues to inform her approach. She focuses on musculoskeletal support, pain relief, and helping clients feel more connected to their bodies. Her sessions are guided by intuitive care and active listening, and she tailors her work to the individual and how they are feeling on the day of their session. Nervous system regulation and fascial release are central to her work, allowing the body to settle before moving into deeper therapeutic techniques.
In her final term at East West, she studied structural bodywork, Tui Na massage and elements of craniosacral therapy. A Structural Bodywork elective with Jay opened up a new way of understanding the body. Maddie also completed Reclaiming the Pelvic Floor (32 hour training) in January 2026 and will update her schedule when she begins offering external pelvic floor therapy sessions.

(He/Him/His)
LMT #26326
Jay completed his initial bodywork program at East West College of Healing Arts in 2021. He found a passion for structural integration after taking a structural deep tissue course after graduation. In the spring of 2023, he attended the Soma Institute of Neuromuscular Integration on Whidbey Island where he became trained in the full 11-series. As part of the training, he also received the 11-series and found it to have even more of a profound effect on connecting with his body than he imagined. He is very excited to share this work with his community and help others explore their own relationship between mind, body, and spirit.

(He/Him/His)
Jonathan is a passionate and skilled massage therapist who brings a unique blend of scientific knowledge and holistic care to his practice. With a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Sciences from Northern Arizona University, Jonathan’s deep understanding of human physiology and anatomy informs his therapeutic approach. His massage therapy education at East West College of the Healing Arts in Portland, Oregon, further honed his expertise in techniques such as Deep Tissue Massage, Structural Bodywork, and Tui Na massage. Originally from Phoenix, Arizona, Jonathan moved to Portland in 2023, drawn to the natural beauty of the Pacific Northwest. He’s an outdoor enthusiast who enjoys hiking, rock climbing, snowboarding, and gardening in his free time. His love for nature and the outdoors is evident in the holistic, grounded approach he brings to his massage practice. Jonathan’s journey into massage therapy began with a personal experience—recovering from a severe snowboarding injury that left him in chronic pain for nearly a year. After receiving life- changing bodywork that helped him regain mobility and relief, he became inspired to help others experiencing chronic pain. His massage sessions are not only focused on relaxation but are also intuitive and treatment-based, addressing the structural connections in the body to promote healing and long-term well-being. Jonathan’s clients appreciate his compassionate, intuitive touch and his ability to create a tailored experience that meets their specific needs, whether it’s relieving chronic pain, enhancing mobility, or providing a supportive space for his client’s healing. His background in biomedical sciences allows him to offer a unique combination of scientific understanding and empathetic care. When he’s not in the massage room, Jonathan can be found rock climbing at local gyms, snowboarding in the mountains, or enjoying time on the Oregon coast. Jonathan continues to expand his knowledge, currently enrolled in Structural Integration training in the 2026 cohort of the Inner Dynamics Academy for Structural Integration (IDA-SI).
